Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration Requirements
- Each user may only create one account.
- Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
- Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be closed at any time.
- A national ID or other supporting document may be required for account verification.
Security & Personal Responsibility
- Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility.
- Sharing your account with or allowing others to use it is prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
- The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on their account.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the 237 platform:
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
- Attempting to interfere with or tamper with the platform's software or systems.
- Unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
If 237 finds evidence of any prohibited activity listed above, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities if necessary.
Payment, Transaction & Account Policies
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 237 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved local payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — are available for deposits and withdrawals.
- Deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are set in accordance with the platform's guidelines.
- Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus turnover requirements have been met.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
237 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of terms or suspicious activity.
- Providing incomplete or false information.
- Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
- At the user's own request.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
The 237 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. 237 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss, data loss, or other damages arising from use of the platform. The platform also bears no responsibility for issues caused by technical faults, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 237 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of 237. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 237 platform may work with third-party payment gateways or software providers. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. 237 is not directly liable for any issues arising from the use of their services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party policies on their own.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms shall be settled in the courts of Bangladesh.
